About A Touch of Wellness
Each year, "The Daily News", our major Pulitzer Prize winning newspaper, conducts a survey of its readers looking for the "Best of the Virgin Islands" in all business and service categories. 
In the 2004 survey, the first year in which the category of massage was included, A Touch of Wellness was voted "Best of the Virgin Islands for Massage".
Brenda's aim is to help her clients reach and maintain a state of vibrant wellbeing; nurture healthy relationships; build productive, caring communities.
In May of 2005, after ten years at Pirate's Cove Marina, A Touch of Wellness relocated around the corner to Compass Point, the oldest marina village on the east end of the lovely island of St Thomas, US Virgin Islands in the Northern Caribbean Sea. Parking facilities are good and the office is easy to find. Look for the sign on the main road to Red Hook between the National Guard Building and the Food Center.
A Touch of Wellness supports the use of biodegradable, recyclable and natural products. Products and raw materials are chosen for their high natural quality and minimal or no refinement. Office supplies and packaging made from recycled material are also used as much as can be obtained. The closer we live to nature in the food we eat and the lotions, salves and soaps we use on our bodies and in our homes, the closer we are to our natural state - in spite of the technologies and distractions of modern life - and the more we are in tune with our natural state, the healthier and more energetic we become. It's important that we run our businesses the same way.
